DAY 1 : ARRIVAL IN KATHMANDU
Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal and the Kathmandu valley is the political and cultural heart of the kingdom.

Sight-seeing :
Patan Durbar Square – Patan’s durbar square is an architectural centre point with a far greater concentration of temples per sq. meter than in Kathmandu or Bhaktapur.
Pashupatinath –This is the place where the holi sadhus pray & cremations on the Bagmati river are carried out.

Day 2 : DRIVE KATHMANDU – CHITWAN
Chitwan is 180 Km from Kathmandu & is a 04 hours drive from Kathmandu. An elephant-back safari in the jungles of the Royal Chitwan National Park is a must for every visitor to Nepal. Less than 60 miles south of the Great Himalayan Range in Nepal's sub-tropical Terai lowlands (600 ft), Chitwan is one of Asia's premier wildlife reserves. Its 360 square miles of tall grasslands and forests are home to a wide variety of mammals and birds, including several endangered species. The park is most famous for Bengal Tiger, rare Gharial and Marsh Mugger crocodile and a large population of Asian rhinoceros.

Day 3 : CHITWAN

Day 4 : DRIVE CHITWAN – POKHARA
Pokhara is 160 kms from Chitwan and is a 4 hours drive approx. From Pokhara town (2,352 feet) in good weather there are splendid views right from the hotel.

Visit to Davi’s Fall and Gupteshwar cave.

Day 5 : POKHARA

Early morning drive to Sarangkot for sunrise with the panaromic view of the Himalayan range.

Breakfast at the Hotel (Buffet)

Visit to the hindu temple , Bindya Vashini Temple.

Lunch at the local restaurant of Pokhara.

Boating in Fewa lake followed by a visit to the Barahi Temple.

Free to do activities on your own at the lake side.

Day 6 : DRIVE POKHARA – NAGARKOT
Nagarkot is situated 232 kms approx., 7.5 hrs from Pokhara. The panaromic view of the major peaks including the Mt. Everest can be see from here. This place is also famous for viewing sunrise/sunset.

Day 7 : NAGARKOT – BHAKTAPUR – KATHMANDU
On the way back from Nagarkot at 17 kms, stop for Bhaktapur. Perhaps the least changed of all cities in the Kathmandu Valley, with a distinct medieval feel. Pottery and weaving are still traditional industries here. Architectural wonders abound, including the Palace of Fifty-Five windows, Golden Gate and the magnificient five –storied pagoda style Nyatapola Temple.

DAY 8 : KATHMANDU

Swayambhunath – The golden spire of the 5th century, the stupa is adorned with a colorful fluttering of prayer flags, it crowns a hill overlooking the Kathmandu valley and offers a fantastic view over the city of Kathmandu. One of the most recognizable symbols in Nepal and the pointed eyes of Buddha watch all who ascend the worn stone steps.
Bouddhanath – The holiest shrine for the Buddhist culture in Nepal. With its large stupa, this is the place where all devout Buddhists come for a pilgrimage.
